1. Evaluation Consultation Fees

The consultation fee paid by the patient compensates the evaluating physician for their clinical time, medical chart review, and diagnostic consultation.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand schedules change. You may reschedule your telehealth evaluation at no additional charge by notifying our support team or updating your reservation via the scheduling portal at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

3. Clinical Evaluation Outcome

Under medical board ethics and Ohio law, a physician evaluation fee covers the professional clinical examination and assessment regardless of the clinical outcome. If, after evaluating your medical records and clinical history, the physician determines you do not qualify under Ohio statutory rules or that medical cannabis is medically contraindicated for you, specific refund eligibility is governed by the terms specified in your scheduling portal agreement.

4. State Registry Fees

Any fees paid directly to the State of Ohio Department of Commerce (Division of Cannabis Control) for state patient registry activation are non-refundable by MMJ Card Cincinnati, as those transactions occur exclusively between the patient and state administrative bodies.
